U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Selects DTC to Provide IV&V Services

Diverse Technologies Corporation (DTC) is pleased to announce the award of Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Integrated Human Resources and Training Systems (HIHRTS).

DTC will be responsible for providing support in the lifecycle development of the HIHRTS system. The expected outcome of DTC’s services will provide HUD with expert consulting services and advice on the I&I contractor’s approach to the requirement, risk management and mitigation, compliance with technical specifications, compliance with HUD and Federal regulations and applicable Federal law, and organizational change management.

This expertise will ensure fewer system defects during HIHRTS development, reduce the development and maintenance costs, and assure that the implementation is well engineered, error free, and compatible with HUD’s existing computing environment.
