Since 1988, DTC has provided quality services to clients in
private industry, and federal, state and local
governments. We are customer focused and committed to total
customer satisfaction.
DTC's work as an MBE can be seen in Pennsylvania, where
DTC has won a large support contract to help The Pennsylvania
Justice Network integrate and manage the communication of
Criminal Justice information for municipal, county and state
criminal justice agencies.
DTC is currently under contract with Anne Arundel County,
Bureau of Engineering, Department of Public Works, to re-engineer
their Project Information Management System transforming a legacy
system to state of the art technology.
For years, DTC has supported the development and operation of
one of the largest financial services in the world, the Defense
Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), which serves 11,000 Naval
customers and operates from 2,545 facilities around the world.
DFAS includes the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marine
Corps, as well as other agencies of the government. Within DFAS
the Navy's Standard Accounting & Reporting System (STARS)
was built by a team of government and business professionals,
including DTC personnel.
DTC now supports the development of DFAS's Defense Cash
Accountability System (DCAS) which provides reporting functions
to the United States Treasury for such things as disbursements,
reimbursements, deposits and receipts for all transactions that
affect the status of funds. DTC also provides accounting support
to the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
One of the company's key contracts is at the Naval Air
Test Center in Patuxent River, Maryland, where DTC has a proven
record in providing logistics support.
DTC has a longstanding partnership with the Navy's
Ordnance Department and is building on the relationship by
providing logistics support for its Weapons Delivery System. DTC
recently concluded a ten year effort to support Space and Naval
Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR) with the logistics skills
necessary to track, schedule and complete ship alterations for
all Navy Vessels.
DTC's experience and understanding of management has led
to contracts with the United States Department of Agriculture
(USDA) providing logistical and management skills needed to
facilitate the operations of a highly skilled medical team
working to eradicate the tuberculosis problem among livestock in
Mexico.
