Diverse Technologies Corporation (DTC) is now seeking an Operations Support professional to assist users with technical issues and system maintenance on a statewide application. The successful candidate will work out of our Mechanicsburg, PA project office in a business casual team environment. Responsibilities include providing systems analysis and documentation for Tier II system support, generating statistical queries for the Department of State, and software setups on application servers. This project supports a high profile statewide project.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years experience providing hardware and software technical support in a client server environment
  • Wyse WinTerm experience
  • Citrix Presentation Manager experience

Diverse Technologies Corporation seeks a Database Administrator for our Harrisburg, PA client to maintain, enhance, and design data dictionaries, physical and logical database models, and performance tuning on our high-profile state project. Responsible for data analysis and database management.

Specific Tasks:

  • Participate in design meetings with end users and development staff.
  • Aid in-house staff in producing logical designs for projects.
  • Perform physical database design based upon logical design from application developers.
  • Participate in DOC Database policies and procedures review, providing input as requested.
  • Provide SQL programming support to application development.
  • Knowledge of database and XML integration.
  • Assist in performance tuning of database objects and procedural code.
  • Knowledge of: MS SQL 2000 and associated MS tools, Microsoft Outlook, VISIO, Visual Source Safe, TSQL, UML.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years experience with using TSQL and MS TSQL programming.
  • 5 years experience with Query Performance Tuning.

Diverse Technologies Corporation (DTC) is seeking a Production Support Specialist for our high-profile, public safety portal project team in Harrisburg, PA. This position is primarily responsible for providing Tier 2 Help Desk troubleshooting and application testing support for the JNET user environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or related business field, or Microsoft A+ Certification. (Other related certifications considered a plus).
  • Proven ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate capacity for organization, prioritization, and management in a dynamically changing environment.

The role of Production Support Specialist includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests on a state-wide, web-enabled application. Requests can be received via automated Remedy ticket, telephone, Email, or in person. Problem resolution will involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools such as Remedy, Star Team, and Quality Center, and will require the individual provide help or direction directly to Users via telephone from time-to-time. The candidate must be capable of referencing and understanding existing system design and training documentation, as well as being capable of browsing LDAP/User Directory information, reviewing server logs, interrogating databases, reviewing application code (Java), and reading XML. The candidate must be capable of executing and validating proper system functionality according to existing system design and training documentation, and properly recording system defects and inconsistencies, if any are encountered.

Contract Manager

The successful candidate will be experienced in all types of Federal contracts administration requirements to include cost plus, fixed fee, and time and material contracts. The Contract Manager must have experience submitting and administering GSA contract requirements. They must be familiar with the contract audit requirements required by the federal government, and have experience developing teaming agreements, and subcontract documents for all types of contracts and teaming relationships. Experience in the day to day contract administration requirements to include modifications, CDRL requirements, and interfacing with contract personnel from teaming partners and government is required. Experience supporting the federal selection board process is a plus. Experience as a government contract specialist is a plus.

Financial Management Analyst

Diverse Technologies Corporation (DTC) has an opening for a Financial Management Analyst. This Analyst provides financial management analysis support to a major U.S. Navy Command. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing detailed analyses and estimates of funding needs; gathering, comparing, and correlating information about projected costs of current and future program activities; determining the costs and benefits of different levels of program operations; and formatting the recommended budget for the desired level of program operations into a format consistent with regulatory guidance which will be acceptable to reviewing and approving authorities.

Required Skills:

Must possess exceptional ability to analyze budgetary requirements and formulate resultant budgets with minimal supervision. Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment. Ability to work extended hours (i.e., evenings and/or weekends) when required. Ability to work in the clients' spaces in Anacostia Annex.

Required Experience:

Demonstrated success in financial management analysis of program requirements. Thorough knowledge of financial management and accounting principles. Practical understanding of and skill in application of budgetary rules, regulations and procedures. DOD budget formulation experience preferred. Navy budget formulation experience a plus.
