Financial Management Analyst. This Analyst provides financial
management analysis support to a major U.S. Navy Command.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing
detailed analyses and estimates of funding needs; gathering,
comparing, and correlating information about projected costs of
current and future program activities; determining the costs and
benefits of different levels of program operations; and
formatting the recommended budget for the desired level of
program operations into a format consistent with regulatory
guidance which will be acceptable to reviewing and approving
authorities.
Required Skills:
Must possess exceptional ability to analyze budgetary
requirements and formulate resultant budgets with minimal
supervision. Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure
environment. Ability to work extended hours (i.e., evenings
and/or weekends) when required. Ability to work in the
clients' spaces in Anacostia Annex.
Required Experience:
